FRUIT CUSTARD RECIPE
STRAWBERRY FRUIT CUSTARD.
Fruit custard is really tasty and healthy.You can add fruits of your choice and it's really easy to make.It tastes amazing when you eat it cold. Fruit custard is an easy dessert made with simple ingredients present at home.It is great for summer because of the refreshment it provides.Custard contains milk which has calcium which is good for bones.In addition it contains protein and antioxidants.Custard can be usually topped with various fruits like apple,banana,papaya,orange and grapes etc. You can make custard in different flavors like mango,strawberry and vanilla etc.
Today i am going to share with you all recipe for strawberry flavored custard which is not only easy to make but tastes delicious.
Let's get started:
Ingredients:
- Whole milk(500 ml)
- Custard powder(2 tablespoons). (Here i have taken strawberry flavored custard powder but you can take any other flavor also)
- half cup cold milk
- Sugar (half cup)
- half cup pomegranate
- 1 cup mango(diced)
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup papaya
- 3 banana
Recipe:
- Take a pan,put it on gas stove and light the flame.Now put whole milk into the pan
- In cold milk add custard powder and mix gently so that no lumps are formed and keep aside.
- keep stirring the milk kept on pan in between till it boils.
- Once the milk comes to a boil, add sugar and custard mix.
- Now keep stirring(to avoid lumps) in low-medium flame till it becomes slightly thick.
- Now transfer the mix in a big bowl and leave for 25-30 minutes till it cools down
- After 30 minutes add all the fruits and mix.
- you can garnish your custard with some pomegranate or dry fruits.
- keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
